Our Natural sea salt is the foundation Crystal Flakes.
Due to the evaporation of pure sea water until there’s very little left but salt we become the Crystal Flakes.
The solution is cleaned and it needs to simmer in large pans until flakes emerge.
After that it is carefully raked out by hand to pack it in bulk package or in smaller packages.
