Peppers are a wel known especially in the Mediterranean kitchen. They exist in several colors, from deep red over yellow and orange into green.

• The well known florines which are long, thin and sweet
• The big round ones also sweet
• The small red or green jalapeno peppers which are spicy.
• The round cherry peppers used to stuff with cheese.
